“学雷锋志愿服务”主题公益广告及中国志愿服务卡通人物形象征集活动投票

   “学雷锋志愿服务”主题公益广告及中国志愿服务卡通人物形象征集活动自启动以来，得到大家的广泛关注和积极参与。作品征集阶段已于2016年9月底正式结束啦！
　　经过评审委员会的初选，审定的入围作品现已进入网络初选的阶段啦。

　　接下来，就让小编为大家介绍一下网络初选的规则吧！
1.经专家委员会初选审定后的所有作品从10月21日起发布在活动官网上公示，接受社会监督。防止出现作品抄袭现象。监督电话：010-63087041。
2.在作品公示期开始，同时开放网络投票，网友可选出自己最喜欢的作品，投票日期截止10月31日。每类作品最少选择1票，最多选择20票。为防止恶意竞争，每个作品的投票数只在后台记录，具体数字不在页面进行展示。
3.网络投票结果，将与专家初评结果综合考虑，按照专家意见占70%、网络投票结果占30%的比例，为初选入围的所有作品进行打分。结合综合得分情况，根据具体情况，按照一定比例，确定进入现场评审的作品数量。
4.现场评审后，由评审委员会按照一定比例向主办方推荐入围作品名单（若某类作品相应奖项无匹配作品，则相关奖项作品可有空缺），并提出修改意见。由主办方最终确定获奖作品名单。
