十月将至，克诺尔苏州三期工程也即将接近尾声。除了现代化的办公楼、实验室与地下车库外，苏式园林六角凉亭也将成为一道传统而又富有纪念意义的风景。

Construction of KBSZ Phase IIIProject will be nearly completed with the coming October. Besides thecompleteness of modern office rooms, labs and underground garage, the pavilionwith Suzhou Garden style has also been built and to become not only atraditional, but also meaningful scenery.

值此机会，公司发起为凉亭征名活动。

KBSZ will organize a name wanted activity for the pavilion on thisoccasion and hope your participation could give our pavilion a wonderful name.

征名要求 Requirement：

• 名称应包含中文名和英文名。中文名不得超过5个汉字，英文名长度不超过50个字母（含空格）；
  CN name and EN should be all included. Characters of CN cannot be more than 5 and letter counts of EN cannot be more than 50 (includingspaces);
• 此次征名面向所有克诺尔苏州在职员工。报名可以以个人或团体为单位，每单位限报一对中英文名称；
  This activity is available for all KBSZ employees; you can take part inby unit of individual or team, and every unit can only submit one CN and one EN.
• 名称需围绕以下三个主题中至少一个进行构思：“克诺尔价值观”、“中华民族传统美德与德国严谨特质的融合”与“克诺尔苏州发展的历史与未来”；
  Name work should focus on at least one of these three themes: 1. KB Group Values; 2. Fusionof Chinese traditional virtues and Germany rigorous quality; 3. Developmenthistory and future of KBSZ.
• 命名的理由将成为评判的重要依据。所以理由应尽可能契合主题，且详实合理；
  The reason of your name work will be a very important judge foundation.Please make it be suitablefor themes, reasonable and abundant.
• 中英名称应相互关联。在一定程度上互为解释，同时可通过语言文化表现不同新意。
  CN and EN should be interrelated and could explain each other to acertain extent. Additional meanings expressed through different language cultures are alsopreferred.

• 关注并编辑征名内容（包括个人姓名及工号），发送给“克诺尔苏州”微信公众号；
  Follow and send your pavilion’sname message files (include your name and employee ID) to KBSZ wechat;
• 将纸质征名资料通过部门助理转交给人力资源部燕涵。
  Hand in your pavilion name to HR Yan Han through your dept. assistant.

Deadline: November 20th, 2015

评选流程 Process：

• 11月20日~11月25日： HR将根据征名要求对报名文件进行筛选 并确定若干个入围的名称；
  November 20th ~25th: HR will select several better works on the principle of requirementsin the first round;
• 11月25~12月6日： 通过微信、公告栏对入围的名称及理由进行公示，大家可通过微信回复“克诺尔苏州”公众号进行投票并评论。
  November 25th ~December 6th: The selected works from the first round will be published on KBSZ Wechat and notice board. You can then vote and remark these namesworks by sending message to KBSZ Wechat.
• 12月7日：综合投票结果与公司管理层讨论结果选出获胜作品，并通过微信、邮件、公告栏公示。
  December 7th: The winner will be selected based on the results of vote and discussionof KBSZ management, the final result will be announced on KBSZ Wechat and notice-board.
