UniK-Town需要一个响亮，上口，押韵的宣传口号（Slogan). 最重要的是这个口号要体现出来我们的公寓特征。作为奖励，最终被采纳的建议者将得到$1000加元现金奖励！
在公寓设计过程中，我们参考了很多新老UBC Okanagan大学生的意见和建议。以实用，适用，精致为本打造最符合青年人居住的公寓。89户单身公寓（Studio)+3户一卧室+2户四卧室的UniK-Town即将在基洛纳的Rutland Centre拔地而起。
Rutland是距离UBC Okanagan最近的大型生活购物区. 距离UniK-Town公寓步行距离有Willow Park，Value Village, Plaza 33购物中心，YMCA，中小学，Ben Lee和Rutland Centennial公园，各国餐厅，咖啡厅，卡拉OK，多项服务业等设施。最重要的是公寓附近就是直达UBC Okanagan的公交车，仅需11-12分车程就可以到达校内。周边开车3分钟到达Costco, 6分钟开车到Orchard Park购物中心，10分钟开车到机场，12分钟开车到湖边，45分钟到著名的大白滑雪度假村。我们还提供共享汽车服务！Ogo Car Share Co-op会在UniK-Town放置共享汽车方便住客出行。

UniK-Town, a name combined with Unique Styling, University Community, and upbeat K-Town(Kelowna) culture, is set to bring 94 space-efficient homes in Rutland Centre, Kelowna, BC. With 89 micro-suites, 3 one-bedroom, and 2 four-bedroom; we are set to redefine the meaning of living small.
UniK-Town is designed to make the most of the Rutland Central District with a short walking distance to major shoppings, restaurants, schools, YMCA, parks, coffee shops, and a whole lot of personal services.
