2015年第四届英国塔尔伯特港国际摄影大赛（赛事简称：PORT TALBOT 2015）近日公布比赛结果。本次大赛由美国摄影学会（PSA）、国际影艺联盟（FIAP）、国际摄影家联盟（UPI）认证。塔尔伯特港为英国南威尔士格拉摩根的传统工业城镇。
