5000元 征集福田区国际化建设工作形象标识

The Foreign Affairs Office of Futian District Government is inviting designs for a logo to reflect the district’s ongoing drive to become an international urban district and raise its profile in the world.

为了进一步推动和宣传福田国际化建设工作，积极营造城区国际化氛围，现面向社会各界公开征集福田区国际化建设工作形象标识（LOGO）。

Futian has been seeking proactive and innovative approaches during the drive. The district has established friendly relationships with urban areas in countries including France.

福田区率先全市各区与法国等国家中心城区建立了友好交流关系。

In addition, the Futian government has opened an English-language website and set up the first expat volunteer team in Shenzhen.

另外，福田区开设了政府英文网站，组建了全市首支外籍志愿者服务队“福田之友”。

The district also played host to a series of activities aimed at increasing expatriates’ understanding of the district and bringing them closer to local communities. Expats were invited to tour and write about Futian.

举办了“友之声”音乐会、“外眼看福田”、“外笔写福田”、国际友谊奖等一系列有影响力的精品活动，将福田打造为一个“美好地球村”。

The requirements for the logo are as follows:

1. An international appearance that highlights “Futian”

2. Able to be easily applied to different media platforms

3. Original and unpublished work

4. Submitted in .JPG or .TIF formats with a resolution of no less than 300dpi

5. Submitted in both color and black-and-white to emphasize its simplicity and distinguishing characteristics

设计要求

1.要突出“福田”和“国际化”元素，体现福田区国际化建设工作的特色和风采。

2.设计作品既便于推广，又适合在各种载体和环境中制作使用。

3.设计作品应为原创、未发表过的作品且设计不能抄袭他人作品。

提交材料

设计作品均以电子形式提交，存储为JPG或TIF格式，分辨率不低于300dpi。每套设计方案应包括全彩色版和黑白版(网格图)设计图稿，并附上设计说明，简洁阐述设计思路，理念和标识含义。请将作品发送至wsb@szft.gov.cn，电话（0755）82918333转0497或0411，联系人：张先生、余小姐。除设计样稿外，投稿人还须提交详细的信息，便于联系。征集时间至8月31日。

Awards:

The winner of the competition will receive 5,000 yuan (US$812). A 2,000-yuan award will be granted to two runner-ups. Three third-prize winners will each receive 1,000 yuan. All award winners will receive a certificate of honor.

本次活动评选设有一等奖1名、奖励人民币5000元，二等奖2名、各奖励人民币2000元，三等奖3名、各奖励人民币1000元，并向获奖设计者颁发荣誉证书。

Special statements:

1. No registration fee will be charged. None of the submitted designs will be returned.

2. The foreign affairs office will own copyrights, rights of use and other related intellectual property rights of award-winning and shortlisted designs.

3. Designers will be held accountable for plagiarism.

4. The foreign affairs office has the final say in interpreting the event.

特别声明

1.本次活动不收报名费，来稿一律不退，创作者请自留底稿。来件因延误、丢失、损坏、误寄、邮资不足、失窃等其他非承办方原因造成应征作品丢失或损坏的，主办方不承担相关责任。
2.获奖及入围作品版权、使用权及其他相关知识产权均归福田区外事办所有。
3.凡涉及抄袭借用等侵权行为均由投稿者承担一切责任。
4.本征集活动最终解释权归福田区外事办。
