一、        项目介绍：

创业是一种生活态度、一种生活方式、一种精神信仰、一条人生奋斗道路的选择！任何一位创业者其实都是值得我们这个时代尊敬的人，创业成功的人更是时代的英雄，正是有了创业大军的出现，我们的社会才拥有了无限的生机与活力，我们的世界才越发的进步和繁荣。

Entrepreneurshipis a kind of life attitude, a kind of life style, a kind of spiritual belief, achoice of life struggling road! Any entrepreneur is worthy ofrespect in ourtime, they are also heroes of our time who create successful businesses. Oursociety has unlimited vitality, our world is more progressed and prosperousjust because of entrepreneurs.

当前全球正处于新经济业态变革的前沿，为了更好的服务创业者，弘扬创业精神，汇聚创业文化，促进创业进步，推动全球创业文化的融合与共享，现星火燎原众创空间即将与美国某知名媒体机构合作推出中国第一本面向全球发行的创业类杂志，为此，现正式向全球创业者征集本创业杂志的名称、栏目版块设置和创业类文章投稿。

Nowadaysthe world is at the forefront of new economic format change,in order to offerbetter service to entrepreneurs, promote entrepreneurship, collect entrepreneurialculture, promote entrepreneurship progress, promote the global entrepreneurshipculture integration and sharing, Spark Prairie Hackerspace companywill launchthe first Chinese issued Global Venture magazine with a famous American mediahouse to launch first for a global distribution of business magazines. Therefore,weofficially call for global entrepreneur magazine names to collect themagazine’s name,column section setting and entrepreneurial article submission.

二、 征集时间：

2015年11月10日—2015年12月12日12：00前

Two、Collection time: 2015 Nov 10th---12:00 on2015 Dec 12th

三、 奖项设置：

Three、Awardssetting:

1、特等奖： 1名，最终采纳的命名方案或最优方案得奖，颁发特等奖品：本杂志的终身名誉顾问+免费赠阅本创业杂志每期1本+苹果6s一部+三篇本创业杂志对您或您的企业独家专访文章；

1.    Grand prize: One, final adopted naming scheme or the best program award, issuedthe grand prize: magazine of lifelong Honorary Advisor + get 1 magazine forfree from each issue of the magazine + one mobile phone (Apple 6S)+ threebusiness magazines with exclusive interview articles of you or your company.

2、入围奖：6名，为优秀入围方案，颁发纪念奖品：免费赠阅每期一本本创业杂志一年。

2.    Finalist: Six finalists for outstanding programs, souvenir prizes: get 1free magazine each issue of the magazine for one year.

3、对于投稿的文章，我们期待您的文章能与商业模式、盈利模式、流程设计、制度设计、成功案例、创新模式、创客、众创空间、投融资、成功创业案例有关，对于优秀的稿件我们优先发布，让全世界都能听到您的创业故事，为您加油、为您喝彩！

3.    For the submission of articles, we look forward to your articles relatedwith business models, profit models, process design, system design, successfulcases, innovation models, innovators, the creation of space, investment andfinancing and successful business cases.We will priority release the bestarticles.Let the whole world hear your entrepreneurial story, cheer for you!

四、 征集对象： 全球所有公众和机构。

五、 征名要求：

Five、Naming for requirements:

1、参赛者可对本创业杂志共提出三个建议名称及其配套的版块设置内容，且该名字和版块内容能充分体现当下和未来创业的价值和创业精神，具有超越时代的代表性和正面导向性。

Participants can be a total of three proposed namesand supporting the column section setting, Also the name and content can fullyreflect the current and future business value and entrepreneurial spirit, withthe time representation and positive guidance.

2、每个案名可附不多于200字的释义，阐释案名创意过程、案名寓意等，不注明阐释内容的为无效投稿。

Each name should have an article no more than 200words of interpretation for the creative process, case name meaning, etc. Withoutthe interpretation, the submission will be regarded as aninvalid submission.

3、案名和版块内容须能高度概括创业杂志的优势和特点，准确反映创业杂志的精髓，名称应新颖、高雅、尊贵，具有独创性及丰富的内涵，易于记忆传诵，便于后期推广和演绎。

Filename and section shall be the advantagesand characteristics of highly summarized entrepreneur magazine, accuratelyreflect the essence of the entrepreneurial magazine. The name should beinnovative, elegant and noble with originality and rich meaning, easily memorized.

4、每位参与者提供的案名和版块内容须为本人原创，不得抄袭，不得侵犯他人著作权，否则产生的一切责任由参与者承担。

All the names and the contents must be original, notcopied, DO NOT infringe upon the copyright of others, or theparticipants willbear all the responsibility.

六、 投稿方式：

Six、Submission Methods:

   2015年12月12日前将文稿注名为“创业杂志有奖征名-姓名-时间”通过电子邮件发送至：  cy@500age.com或加微信：wubainianjituan。

Before December 12th2015, send thepresentation with name of "entrepreneur magazine award-winning names- name- time" by sending an e-mail to ceo@500age.com or WechatID:wubainianjituan.

七、 评选方式：在2015年12月25日，由星火燎原众创空间和中国宁波公正处机构共同进行评选。

Seven、 Selectionmethods: On December 25th of 2015, selected by Ningbo Spark PraireHackerspace Investment Management Co.,LTDand China  NingboNotary Institutions Office, together.

八、 注意事项：

Eight、Matters needing attention:

1、来稿须含：著作人姓名、所属部门或公司、手机号码、案名释义，每人或每个机构最多限提供3个案名和栏目版块设置方案；

1.    Contribution must be containing: contributor’s name, department orcompany, mobile phone number.Each entrepreneur or agency is limited to amaximum of 3 case names and column section setting schemes.

2、来稿征名雷同的，则以投稿时间先后为准，投稿时间在前的优先；

2. If we receive the same name fromcontributors, we will take the one we received first.

3、所有得奖者作品的知识产权均归主办单位所有，所有来稿恕不退还；

3.All winners will work of intellectualproperty right that belongs to the organizer, all manuscripts will not bereturned.

4、本活动解释权属主办单位。
